This raffle is organized and administered by Whistler Lotto. Registered number: 9491708 Canada Inc. Registered Charity Licence number: #89967

Whistler Lotto Is licensed under 9491708 Canada Inc. and 9491708 Canada Inc.will be referred to as Whistler Lotto throughout Whistlerlotto.com and these terms and conditions.

Entry requirements

Whistler Lotto was issued a Lottery Licence by the Government of British Columbia on the 14th of November 2016. To be eligible to enter the raffle, entrants must:

  • Be over 19 years of age by 1 January 2016
  • Not be a member of the Whistler Lotto staff
  • Have purchased at least one ticket at $2 each
  • Be a resident of Whistler BC or surrounding area,  Canada


The prize consists of the following:

  • First Prize: Up To $10000

Prizes are determined on how many people play and is based on a 50/50 draw

Each winner will be contacted by either phone or email by the Friday of each raffle week.

Closing date

Closing date for each draw is 5pm of the raffle day. Winners will be picked at 6pm PST


The winner will be drawn by an independent person at the end of the raffle day. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified within 5 working days of the closing date either by email or telephone. The winner’s name will be announced on the Whistler Lotto website. Full address details will not be disclosed. Also:

  • The winner will be contacted by telephone or email. In the event that we cannot contact the winner within 366 days after the draw, the prize will be donated to charity.
  • If the writing is illegible on the ticket and no contact details are given, a new winner will be selected on the day of the draw.
  • The prizes are non-transferable and only consist of what is listed above.
  • By entering the draw, winners confirm their agreement to take part in any associated publicity.

Whistler Lotto reserves the right to amend, withdraw or terminate the raffle or alter the raffle at any time without prior notice.

  • Whistler Lotto is in no way responsible for deposit fees, taxes or bank charges. Once Whistler Lotto deposits the money into the winner(s) accounts, Whistler Lotto has no affiliation and assumes no responsibility to spending habits and decisions made due to the financial gain.
  • If Whistler Lotto draws a winner who is not a Whistler resident, another winner will be picked the same day.
  • If Whistler Lotto draws a winner who is not 19, another winner will be picked the same day.

Force Majeure

Events outside Whistler Lotto control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning thatWhistler Lotto is released fromWhistler Lotto obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Information such as name, address and email address is collected for internal record keeping, service updates, requesting feedback, and legal reasons and updates to Whistler Lotto Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

In-Store Cameras

In-store cameras are used to assist in loss prevention and to protect the valuable internal and customer belongings while you are in the store.
